Refund Policy

At Olivewood Bags, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
• To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Gift cards.
• Sale items (if applicable).

3. Initiating a Refund

4. Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Exchanges
